By installing or using Taskly, you agree to these terms. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the app.
Taskly is operated by Crystal Botham (”we,” “us”). The app and everything inside it (code, design, copy) belongs to us. You get to use it; you don’t own it.
If you create an account, you’re responsible for what happens under it. Keep your credentials safe. If you let someone else use your account, you’re on the hook for what they do.
You must be 13 years or older to use Taskly. If you’re under 18, you’ll need a parent or guardian’s permission. By creating an account, you’re confirming you meet these requirements.
Taskly offers an optional paid subscription (”Taskly Pro,” $3.00 per month) that unlocks the full Taskly experience, including Home Screen widgets, theme colors, and the app’s customization options. The core planner stays fully usable without it.
Auto-renewal. Paid subscriptions are auto-renewable. Apple charges your Apple account at confirmation of purchase and each renewal period unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You manage and cancel subscriptions in iPhone Settings under your Apple ID, in Subscriptions.
Refunds. Apple, not Taskly, handles billing and refunds for App Store subscriptions. Request refunds through https://reportaproblem.apple.com. We can’t issue them on Apple’s behalf.
Pricing. Prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. We may change prices in the future. When we do, the change applies to renewals, not to your current term, and you’ll see the new price clearly before any auto-renewal.
Tasks, subtasks, focus session labels, settings: anything you type or record in Taskly is yours. You retain all rights to it. Your content is backed up to your account on our servers (hosted by Supabase) so it can be restored on a new phone, and it is protected so only your signed-in account can read it. By using Taskly, you grant us a limited license to store and process that content solely to operate the app for you.
We never sell your content. We never share it with advertisers. We never use it to train AI models.
You’re responsible for what you put into Taskly. Don’t put anything illegal, infringing, or harmful to others into your tasks.## Acceptable use
